We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us via our online form. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note: returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Our 30-Day Guarantee covers items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives in this condition, we will replace it free of charge once sufficient evidence (such as photos) is provided.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • General wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse

Damages & Issues

Sale Items

All sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Items must be:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
